I just stop takin jack-3D can i start super pump?

I was talkin jack 3d for a month nd i just stop takin 2 dayz ago nd i
feel really weak without it. I feel like takin superpump is tht wil be
fine to take it. Cuz its hard to workout i feel so sleepy at the gym.
