Doctor Who: So now we know who River Song is, but who did she kill?

So we now no that River Song is actually Melody Pond. The child of
Rory and Amy. Was she the woman in the spacesuit who killed the
Doctor? Or was the greatest man she ever knew Rory, her father. I
thought knowing who she was would make this easy... It just became a
lot harder!

Plus, now we know River can regenerate does this mean we'll see
younger regenerations?
