This is driving me crazy?

So... This is one for all you family guy fans out there.

Remember the episode where Chris goes on a peace core mission to South
America, and then the rest of the family goes there, and then Peter
takes over the place? There was one part where Peter gave some
Italian-looking guy a nickel so that he would say a word funny. What
word was that?

I know it's an odd request, but it's just driving me crazy.
